Lada, a Russian-based car company, got involved in the vehicle industry in 1966. Since its establishment, it has increased its brand value thanks to the quality of the vehicles it has produced and the services it has provided to its customers.
Volga Vehicle Factory, which created the Lada brand and gave it a name, entered the vehicle sector in 1966 with an annual average capacity of 600,000 vehicles. Since the day it started production, the company has continuously tried to increase its vehicle capacity and increase its brand value. Lada, which carries out different projects every day and has become known in many different parts of the world with its activities, has been able to recover this gap in the best way, despite its late establishment.

Although Lada was founded in 1966, it signed joint projects and agreements with Fiat in the same year. According to these agreements, both Fiat and Lada decided to continue their business jointly. At the same time, Viktor Nikolayavich, who had the title of automobile minister of Russia in these years, was appointed as the manager of Lada. Thanks to the innovations he brought to the company and his ability to think effectively, Viktor brought the company to a level where it could compete with many car brands in a short time.
In the 1970s, Lada achieved a significant growth despite the passing of 4 years. The car, which was launched in the vehicle market with the name of Fiat 124, which was the first automobile model in the year it was founded, gained fame within 4 years. With the projects he developed and designed in those years, he was able to acquire new customers from many countries. In the same years, he was able to increase the number of workers in his factory and the size of the factory with the financial assistance of the statesmen who were in the lead in his country. In addition, the knowledge, experience and forward-looking investments gained in 4 years have been effective in the company's success in a short time.
Since the year it was founded, the company plans to reap the best results of its future investments. It is constantly developing thanks to its unique investments and its colleagues who have given years to the vehicle industry. The agreements it has made with Fiat are the main reason why the company has become popular today. Lada mostly works for Fiat today. In addition to having many shares of Lada in Fiat, Fiat has produced many vehicle models that it wants to put into mass production in Lada's factories. Considering that Lada's factory potential is quite high, Fiat is quite right with this move.
Many vehicle models that Lada offers to the world vehicle market today do not show great popularity. The main reason for this is that the engineers and architects that the company has brought in recent years are new to their jobs and that there is a large management vacuum in the offices of the company. The company needs to work hard to make up for such shortcomings in a short time and to catch up with the old working chamber, and to arrange the agreements it has made with Fiat. At the same time, Lada is considered as a subsidiary of Fiat, since Fiat is a partner in many of Lada's shares.
